She has extensive business management experience, including office administration, human resources, and marketing. She also holds certifications in several phone and voice mail systems. Becky found a way to transfer her superior customer service skills to the programming field, leading to Austin Multi-Line Services’ reputation for friendly and responsive support. Jack Green (Vice President) has 26 years of experience in the telephony business, starting with AT&T in 1982. Along the way he has been in telephone sales and service, and the telecommunications industry with Bell Labs, NEC, Avaya, and Lucent Technologies. He has also owned his own telecommunications businesses in California, Colorado, and New Mexico and brings that experience and those resources here to Austin Multi-Line and Affordable Telephones.
